Thanks for the advice on processed and white food, I will try and keep those to a minimum. I'm doing Weight Watchers so I keep a daily diary of what I eat. You go, girl! <br /><br />As for food: ending up in the ER, thinking I was having a heart attack at age 39 did it for me. Turned out, I was an undiagnosed type 2 diabetic. Ouch. THAT changed my eating TONS. (and I dropped 40 lbs) <br /><br />What I tell others: keeping tabs on white and processed foods will do wonders for the waistline: sugar, flour, rice, pasta - all with TONS of carbohydrates. The processed foods have all that stuff + fat and other nasty fillers.
